Shihan Zuberi
Founder and CEO
Shihan has extensive experience in the international broadcast media arena, having worked for the BBC, and ABC, and as a freelance media professional in several countries as an executive producer, series producer, TV producer & director, presenter, self-shooting filmmaker, editor. Prior to founding TEAM PLATFORM, Shihan has been the Executive Editor at BBC Media Action Bangladesh, overseeing the production of all media output, including television, radio, online, mobile, and print.
Mithun Zaman
Co-founder and Managing Director
Mithun is a highly experienced execution specialist. Over the last 14 years he has worked across events, campaigns, TV commercial production, feature film production, and international series production. He is a gifted leader with vast experience in leading teams for all sorts of productions, campaigns, and special events. He has comprehensive knowledge of broadcasting, production, and media coverage. Mithun is a specialist in special events, multi-tasking, coordination, leading large crews, producing, and handling budgets.
Sara Hossain
Co-founder and creative director
Sara is a gifted creative designer. She is skilled in drawing, digital painting, illustrating, storytelling, and character design. Her designs vary from graphical to animated characters to colour palettes to actual props to story ideas – it all depends on the kind of project she’s involved with. Her core expertise is in 2D animation. She has over 8 years of experience as an animator, working both nationally and internationally. She graduated from the Faculty of Arts, at Dhaka University.
